Usage is invoiced at your monthly reset day. Monitor and cap usage any time in account settings. Stripe processing rates apply to payments.

How much does ChurchHarmony cost?
A flat $80 per month for your entire church with unlimited member records and all 24 modules included. Communication and payment processing are billed on actual usage: up to 15,000 emails a month included at no extra cost, texts at 2¢ per segment, voice calls at 2¢ per minute, and 0.3% per giving transaction.
Do you charge per member?
No. Your congregation growing never raises your bill. That is the single biggest difference between ChurchHarmony and most church management software.
Can we import our data from another church management system?
Yes. Member records import from CSV with column-by-column field mapping, giving history imports alongside them, and our team helps with the mapping at no charge.
Is there a contract?
No contracts, no setup fee, and no cancellation fee. Billing is monthly or yearly and you can stop at any time.
What if we need a module to work a particular way?
Tell us. Custom requests get built. We do not send churches to a knowledge base, a community forum, or a feature wishlist — ChurchHarmony is built and supported in-house, and the people who build it are the people who answer the phone.
What does online giving cost?
ChurchHarmony charges 0.3% per transaction for any payment type, which includes donor management, batches, receipts, and year-end tax statements. Stripe non-profit rates apply on top: 0.8% for ACH debit and 2.2% + 30¢ for major cards, excluding AMEX.
